Does the intimate area get cleaned properly by a shower toilet?

The water jet alone is enough to thoroughly clean your bottom. But you can always check it yourself by dabbing some paper. The shower spray is also highly accurate so the rest of you stays dry.
Geberit AquaClean Mera and Tuma Comfort shower toilet models even have a warm air dryer that gently dries the area after personal cleansing.
Doesn’t the water spray all over the floor with a shower toilet?
No, because the spray functionality of Geberit AquaClean only starts when someone weighing at least 8 kg is sitting on the toilet.
This is achieved with a sensor that responds to loads. This usage detection feature prevents the shower spray from being triggered accidentally.
In addition, the water jet can be directed at the desired body area specifically so that it does not splash out of the shower toilet.
How is the nozzle of the shower arm cleaned?
Keeping the spray nozzle clean has top priority for all Geberit AquaClean shower toilets.
The spray nozzle cleans itself before and after each use with an internal fresh water rinse when it is in the resting position. In addition, the entire spray arm including the nozzle is cleaned with water from the outsideby another spray nozzle while extending and retracting.
This significantly reduces the need for manual cleaning. The spray nozzle can also be easily removed for easy cleaning.
