Geberit HDPE Durable polyethylene drainage system

Durable HDPE pipes – ready for anything

The polyethylene (HDPE) pipe material is extremely lightweight yet impressively durable. The Geberit PE drainage system is capable of withstanding major temperature fluctuations, pressure, and aggressive chemicals such as alkalis and acids. The robust Geberit HDPE pipes are available in all standard diameters ranging from d32 to d315, and the range of fittings – including the special fittings – is as comprehensive as it gets.

The non-positive connection technology allows Geberit HDPE to be used in a wide range of applications without special sound insulation requirements, such as embedding in concrete or for building and roof drainage.

Systems can either be installed directly on site or preassembled at the workshop.

Geberit HDPE is also available in combination with the space-saving Geberit SuperTube technology.

Main applications and areas of use

Connection technologies for Geberit HDPE With non-positive connection

Geberit HDPE pipes and fittings are welded quickly and easily to form a permanent leakproof seal. Welding joints are made either using butt welding equipment or the Geberit electrofusion coupling, with a full range of tools and accessories available.

The welding joints of Geberit HDPE pipes remain reliably leakproof for many years, offering real peace of mind to building owners and plumbers alike. These welding joints are also suitable for prefabrication and laying the pipes in concrete.

Save time with prefabrication

For larger construction projects, system structures can be easily prefabricated at the workshop. What’s more, their low weight makes it easy to carry prefabricated systems to higher floors for installation.
